Planning and Development

Planning and development within the town of Santa Claus operates under the Ordinances and Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Santa Claus.

The Advisory Plan Commission prepares these ordinances and plans for approval by the Town Council.

Variances to the ordinances and plans are administered by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
